1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ArthaVault, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

ArthaVault is provided by BNS Design Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15561955 (VAT No. GB469879992), with registered office at 1 Hengrove Farm, Hengrove Farm Lane, Bristol BS14 9DD ("we", "us", "our"). ArthaVault is a trading name and product of BNS Design Solutions Limited.
2. Not Financial Advice
All calculators, projections, and planning tools in ArthaVault are for informational and educational purposes only. They are based on the inputs you provide and general mathematical models. Results shown are estimates, not guarantees, and should not be used as the sole basis for any financial decision.
3. Not FCA Regulated
ArthaVault is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We do not provide regulated financial advice, investment advice, mortgage advice, or any other FCA-regulated service. If you need regulated financial advice, please consult an FCA-authorised adviser at fca.org.uk.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, not use the app for any unlawful purpose, take full responsibility for all financial decisions made using ArthaVault, and not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content.
5. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, ArthaVault makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information in the app. Tax rules, pension limits, ISA allowances, and State Pension rates change regularly. Always verify figures with official sources (HMRC, gov.uk, MoneyHelper) before acting on them.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of ArthaVault is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
7. Data Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
8. Intellectual Property
ArthaVault and all associated content, branding, and software are owned by BNS Design Solutions Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNS Design Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any financial loss, indirect loss, or consequential damages arising from your use of this app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100 in any 12-month period.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app and require re-acceptance. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
